Digital Product Return and Refund Policy
Bluediamond Parenting Resources (“BPR,” “Bluediamond Parenting,” "Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers all of its parenting products in digital formats, such as eBooks and Video courses.

All sales of our digital products are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on digital products purchased from our website or platform. This is because we deliver the purchased product immediately to your back office and pay the affiliate commissions instantly after every successful purchase. We also instantly activate your unique affiliate link to get full access as an affiliate member.

Since our products are digital and intangible, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, features, testimonial, and terms before purchasing.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our return policy and agree to its terms.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind
- Unsatisfaction with the product
- Technical issues (unless caused by our error)

Repeat purchases can never occur on our platform because our website algorithm does not support them.


Account Cancellation Policy

All accounts created on our platform are subject to the following cancellation policy:
Users do not have the right to cancel or deactivate their accounts.
A user account remains active for as long as it complies with our terms and conditions unless it is terminated by our management for non-compliance.
All funds in the user's account will be forfeited upon account termination.

Fund Deposit/Payment Policy
At Bluediamond Parenting, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and convenient experience.
There is no direct payment for purchasing our products from our store.
To purchase a product, users must fund their account in the back office using any convenient payment option, such as cards and bank transfers.
When they use the card option, the payment is delivered only once. Our payment system does not support automatic recurring payments. However, you can manually and securely set the system to remember your card details when you next want to make a payment.
When you fund your account using our third-party partner, please keep in mind that you, the customer, are responsible for any transaction charges incurred. These charges may include, but are not limited to:
- Payment processing fees
- Bank transfer fees
- Currency conversion fees (if applicable)
By funding your account, you acknowledge and agree to bear these charges.
Bluediamond Parenting will not be liable for transaction charges incurred during the account funding process.

Fund Withdrawal Policy
Funds in the user's account can be withdrawn, provided they have not been used to buy any product, but at a 5% withdrawal fee for Nigerians, a (5% +$4) fee for African countries, and a 10% fee for withdrawal through our Payout Agents in different countries where the transaction fees are high.

By creating and funding their accounts, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our Product Return, Refund, and Account Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to update or revise this Product Return, Refund, and Account Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately after we post the revised policy on our website. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
