Your use of this website means you're accepting our Terms, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy.

Affiliate License
We grant you the “Affiliate Rights” on this website, where you can only make your commissions. You are responsible for your own earnings taxation in your country without any obligation on the program itself. When you register and buy at least one product from our store, we will activate your referral link and grant you a full-time membership to access and use the Bluediamond Parenting website and your personal back office. Except if something wrong happens with our express written consent, you might not be allowed to use our website or any portion of it. You are not allowed to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or edit any material from our website or any portion.

Downloads
On the Bluediamond Parenting website and social media handles, we may provide downloadable materials you might be allowed to download. Taxation and Charges
The Parenting Courses are created, giving about 60% commissions back to our users and affiliates that use word-of-mouth advertising to sell the courses to other parents worldwide. Each member is responsible for managing their country's taxes from the affiliate commissions they earn from us.
Customers and affiliates are also responsible for the charges incurred by our third-party company, which facilitates payments worldwide.
During payout to our affiliate, Bluediamond Parenting will only charge a 5% withdrawal fee for Nigerian bank withdrawals, a 5%+$4 withdrawal fee for withdrawals made by affiliates from other African countries through the bank or Mobile money options, and a 10% withdrawal fee for bank withdrawals through BPR agents in other countries. This withdrawal charge is for the third-party processing fees and transaction fees.

Personal Data
Our privacy policy governs all the personal data you submit to us on the Bluediamond Parenting website.

Copyright
All the content of the Bluediamond Parenting website (including eBooks, video courses, text, images, videos, graphics, logos, etc.) is our intellectual property. You must reserve the right not to use, copy, or modify them except with prior permission from the company.

Any affiliates engaging in such activities will face immediate account deactivation and legal action, including criminal prosecution and civil liability.
We prioritize ethical business practices and consumer protection. Any attempts to exploit our reputation or deceive the public will be met with swift and severe consequences.

Using the Bluediamond Parenting website means you've accepted our Terms and this Disclaimer.
If your country of residence does not accept our business methodology, you should not promote Bluediamond Parenting as an affiliate. You can be a customer and buy any of our digital products without promoting the business. Any marketing action from your side will be at your own risk. Fund Deposit/Payment Policy
At Bluediamond Parenting, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and convenient experience.
There is no direct payment for purchasing our products from our store.
To purchase a product, users must fund their account in the back office using any convenient payment option, such as cards and bank transfers.
When they use the card option, the payment is delivered only once. Our payment system does not support automatic recurring payments. However, you can manually and securely set the system to remember your card details when you next want to make a payment.
When you fund your account using our third-party partner, please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any transaction charges incurred. These charges may include, but are not limited to:
- Payment processing fees
- Bank transfer fees
- Currency conversion fees (if applicable)
By funding your account, you acknowledge and agree to bear these charges.
Bluediamond Parenting will not be liable for transaction charges incurred during the account funding process.

Fund Withdrawal Policy
Funds in the user's account can be withdrawn, provided they have not been used to buy any product, but at a 5% withdrawal fee for Nigerians, a (5% +$4) fee for African countries, and a 10% fee for withdrawal through our Payout Agents in different countries where the transaction fees are high.

By creating and funding their accounts, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our Product Return, Refund, and Account Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to update or revise this privacy policy anytime. Any changes will be effective immediately after we post the revised policy on our website. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
